Some of you may not know that IR run a programme of e-learning courses for health information professionals, under the name FOLIO (Facilitated Online Learning as an Interactive Opportunity)! We have just started delivering our 19th course to UK librarians providing information to the NHS. The course is called "Machiavel" and is all about making your case successfully, covering topics such as advocacy, stakeholders and presentation skills.
